1-Lemon:

Lemon Contain Vitamin C that is antioxidant that helps neutralize the harmful effects of free radicals.Lemon is efficient in reducing the High Blood pressure.A High Blood pressure patient should take a cup of warm water with the juice from half a lemon added to it each morning on an empty stomach.


2-Union Juice:

Union is also a natural agent for treating high blood pressure patient .A high blood pressure patient should take union juice in the morning with empty stomach .Union juice prepared through grinding union and mix water and by filtered it.

3-Honey:

4-Watermelon Seeds:

Watermelon is used to treat High blood pressure.Watermelon is a type of fruit that will in summer season .It contain number of seeds.Its seeds can be used for lowering blood pressure.
  • Grind equal quantities of dried watermelon seeds and poppy seeds (khus khus). Take one teaspoon of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and again in the evening.
  • Alternatively, add two teaspoons of gently crushed, dried watermelon seeds to one cup of boiled water. Steep it for about an hour, then strain it. Take four tablespoons of this water at regular intervals throughout the day.


5-Garlic:

Garlic is also used for lowering high blood pressure ,Both raw and cooked garlic help control high blood pressure and at the same time reduce cholesterol levels. Garlic helps relax blood vessels by stimulating the production of nitric oxide and hydrogen sulfide.

6-Banana:

Banana is a fruit that can help in lowering the high blood pressure,and is a easy treatment for BP patient.Bananas are a rich source of potassium, which lessens the effect of sodium.So, try to eat one or two bananas daily. Along with bananas, you can try dried apricots, raisins, currants, orange juice, spinach, zucchini, baked sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, and winter squash.All of these have a positive effect in treating high blood pressure.


7-Coconut Water:
People With high blood pressure should keep their body hydrated,they should take 8-10 glasses(2-2.5 liter) water daily. Coconut water is very effective in reducing high blood pressure.A research found that coconut water contain vitamin C , magnesium and a rich quality of potassium that can help in reducing systolic blood pressure.
